Lightweight pumice concrete aggregate is ideal for craft-type concrete projects—including statuary and containers—where a smaller aggregate size and a lightweight form factor is desirable. Aggregate stones range from 3/8 to 1/8 of an inch, with some pumice sand blended in as well.

About Pumice: Pumice is literally a foamed stone, formed in the awesome heat and violence of a volcano. Pumice stones—including the sand—are riven with nooks and crannies and air pockets that provide the lightweight character and insulative quality.
